Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident visa card holder.
A one-time award of $500.00 will be given to selected recipient. The award is intended to be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, or equipment required for enrollment or for courses. Amounts used for incidental expenses such as room and board, travel, or optional equipment may result in taxable income. **
